Funcom have know released the server names:

European English Servers (Early Access 17th of May)

PvE Servers

• Bori
• Astoreth

PvP Servers
• Fury
• Wildsoul

RP-PvP Server
• Aquilonia

The EU RP-PVE community is trying to chose a unofficial server to endorse, in order to try and get the majority of the EU RP-PVE players on the same server.

It looks as they have chosen Bori. (Official RP-PVE server Hyrkania)
